Epping Plaza Walkers
February 2, 2010 Every Tuesday*, 8am (this activity is FREE)Epping Plaza Mall Walkers meet every Tuesday morning at the Customer Service Desk outside Coles for a warm-up with local 'Back In Motion' physiotherapist Tim, before setting off on their walk.
The group has been established for 2 years and has approximately 50 regular walkers.
Being in-doors we are not affected by the elements, so rain, hail or shine we walk! A great way to make new friends, we also have bi-annual social breakfasts. You will receive a complementary t-shirt after completing 5 walks. For more information contact the Centre Management Office on 9401 4111.
